I only directly contact my customers about details regarding their recent order-- to provide pertinent information regarding order confirmation & estimated shipping dates; to ask for more information regarding a customized order; to inquire about shipping errors highlighted by the USPS when creating shipping labels; to notify customers when their order has shipped; to answer a question or request.
I do not store any personal information for any customer other than to process an order, ship packages, as well as on a year-end spreadsheet for record-keeping purposes (for paying taxes.) Your information (whether public or private) will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. I do not contact any customer (or potential customer) for purposes of targeted marketing. No worries about clogging up your inbox with unsolicited emails from me-- I hate that too! This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control.
*I do have a newsletter that is sent periodically-- BUT-- you must manually sign up for that service. I do not harvest the email addresses of my customers to sign them up for the newsletter without their consent. If you want to receive the newsletter, click here to add your email to my list. Never worry that you'll be signed up automatically if you make a purchase! That is a pet peeve of mine, and I will never do that to someone else!
