The perennial favorite Pinafore Apron was designed to be easy to put on and take off using no ties, buttons, or fasteners of any kind. No gymnastics are required to don the apron! Simply slip the apron over your head like a t-shirt and slide your arms into the generous openings to put it on. The apron rests totally on the shoulders, placing no strain on the neck. Apron fully covers your clothing for protection while you are working around the house, but is completely split up the back (to the band at the top) to allow freedom of movement. This version includes fabric featuring a vintage farm scene with red barns, old-fashioned red trucks, farm animals, and antique red tractors combined with a dark red houndstooth print coordinating fabric. Great care and attention are paid when I make these aprons-- there are no exposed seams or raw edges showing on my aprons! All seams are neatly enclosed for a sturdier and longer-lasting finished product. Armholes are bound with a coordinating bias binding for extra strength and durability. Extra-large patch pockets are so handy for many purposes. The apron is gathered in front and back where it attaches to the top bands and fits many sizes due to its unique design. (Standard size apron is shown above on a SIZE 16 dress form.) It makes a great hostess gift, or a unique gift for the cooking/baking enthusiast on your gift list-- or for a very special treat for yourself! Many customers wear this apron as a pinafore top over a t-shirt and leggings since they don't cook! I do not keep an inventory. This apron is not sewn until after order confirmation. The apron in photos is the original sample sewn to take listing photos. As with any handmade creation, fabric design placement will vary from apron to apron.

APRON CARE
Machine wash in cold water with mild detergent. Wash dark colors separately. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat. Remove from dryer while still damp to minimize wrinkling. Press with medium-hot iron as necessary.
